Design Process
- Submit your ideas, inspiration, logos, or reference images.
- We create your custom design and send a digital proof.
- Request any changes needed.
- Once approved, we print and ship or prepare your sample for pickup.
Revision Policy
Your order includes up to three (3) design revisions to help perfect your artwork.
Additional revisions beyond the third revision will be billed at $25 per revision.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
If you provide your own artwork, logo, or AI-generated design, it is your responsibility to ensure the files are high quality and suitable for printing.
Ink & Threads is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution, compressed, pixelated, or otherwise inadequate customer-supplied artwork or AI-generated images. We print artwork as provided unless design enhancement services are requested.
If your artwork is determined to be unsuitable for production, we will notify you before printing and can provide artwork recreation or enhancement services for an additional fee.

- Production begins only after your final design approval.
- Sample orders are intended to help you evaluate your design and print quality before placing a larger order.
